     - An application for the establishment of a representative office of a foreign company in Vietnam;
     - A copy of the business registration certificate or equivalent paper of the foreign trader certified by the competent body where the foreign company is established;
     - Written appointment of the head of the representative office of the foreign company;
     - A copy of the audited financial statement or a document certifying the fulfillment of tax or financial obligations in the latest fiscal year or papers of equivalent value issued by competent agencies or organizations of the localities Foreigners established or certified, proving the existence and operation of foreign traders in the latest financial year;
     - A copy of the passport or identity card or citizen identification card (if being Vietnamese) or a copy of the passport (if foreigner) of the head of the representative office;
     - Documents on the location of the head office of the Representative Office include:
The office lease contract and the land use right certificate of the lessor (if the lessee is required to provide more business registration certificate with the function of real estate business);
In addition, the location of the representative office of the foreign company shall be in accordance with the provisions of the law of Vietnam on the conditions of security, order, occupational safety and health and other conditions as prescribed. under the law

Note: All dossiers of application for permission to set up representative offices shall be signed and sealed by the parent company. In case the parent company does not have a seal in the foreign country, all documents must be consularly legalized.
